With over 25 years of experience, Adem began his career working in the family salon business quickly escalating his career to become art director with the London opening of Cobella Akqa, the UK's first-day spa salon originating from New York. 

Adem has gone on to run his own successful hairdressing business for over 15 years, where he offers a salon experience in the comfort of his client's home. He has a loyal clientèle who have stayed with him throughout his career, and to whom he offers hair colouring treatments, hairstyling and cut and blow drys that have earned Adem his reputation.

He has done session work for hair shows and also consulted for behind-the-scenes TV work as well as styled on editorial and advertising shoots.

Adem now splits his time between London and East Sussex where he is expanding his clientèle in Hastings, St Leonards and Rye
